Coverage Overview All outdoor storage sheds, carports, and backyard structures sold by ShedGuard Supply are covered by manufacturer warranties protecting against structural defects, hardware failures, and manufacturing flaws under normal residential use.
Warranty Claims Process

Notification: Email cadillonveronique@outlook.com with your original order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Assessment: Our support team will evaluate the claim and determine eligibility for repair, structural component replacement, or full product replacement.

Resolution: Approved replacement parts or full units will be dispatched at zero cost to you.
Exclusions Warranty coverage does not extend to damage resulting from improper foundation installation, failure to follow assembly instructions, severe acts of nature (such as extreme weather events beyond rated specifications), or unauthorized product modifications.
